We want to share what we know with you. We have prepared day courses to cover different aspects of the process of flower and vibrational essence-making. Our approach is very hands-on, ‘learning by doing’, and we want you to develop your own skills so that you can connect with your environment and find what you need for your personal wellbeing in the future. Our courses are designed for people with no prior knowledge of flower essences or dowsing or meditation or botany or earth energies. All that is required is an open mind and a pair of gumboots, as we plan to introduce you to wild plants and places in Cornwall. Days will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Make Your Own Essence Day   
Find out about flower essences, their uses, their place in your life and how you can make a flower essence for personal use. This course will be mostly outdoors in beautiful countryside. Bring your gumboots. Depending on the season, we will focus on particular places and what’s in flower, maybe on the beach, the moors, in woodland, hedgerows and meadows or a combination.
All equipment and notes provided. No plants will be harmed during the day.

Learn to Dowse  
The ancient skill of dowsing has many uses today. We will demonstrate basic dowsing techniques and give you hands-on experience using dowsing rods and pendulums.  By the end of the day you will be able to select flower essences for personal use, be able to use dowsing to find plants in their natural environment relevant to your needs; be able to dowse the aura of plants, including trees, and the human aura and understand how the body can be affected by subtle earth energies and power centres. All equipment and notes provided. No plants will be harmed during the day.
 
Wellessence Day
Combining the skills of essence-making, dowsing and possibly squelching in some of Cornwall’s muddier places, we will be visiting a variety of holy wells and sacred spaces in order that you experience for yourself, through all your senses, their special qualities and their relevance today. We will introduce you to working with intent and how you can dowse for, and attune to, the subtle energies of these fascinating places.  You will learn how to create a sacred space for personal use; gain insight and build a respectful relationship with the living planet on which we all depend.
