Each essence comes in a choice of two sizes:
Ready to Use (dosage) glass bottle 30ml with dropper £5.00
Atomiser spray, ready to use clear plastic 50ml £10.00
Postage and Packing for small packets anywhere the UK is a flat rate of £2.50. Larger items - such as full sets of essences - will be sent by Parcel Force and postage will be calculated at the time of posting.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of receipt. Personalised essence combinations, based on a personal consultation, will be dispatched within 5 working days.
If your order is urgent, or you are ordering from outside the UK, please Contact Us (hyperlink) to discuss your needs.
Returns Policy
We are unable to accept returns from international customers, unless this is the result of our clerical error. In this instance we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately.
If the goods you receive are damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them and we will arrange to send you a replacement. We may need you to return the damaged product to us first, in which case we will refund you on receipt and include in this the cost of your postage.
